Hello Chefs,

Long time, no newsletter! 
Boy Oh Boy, do I have news for you...

1.  Hipcooks has moved to a new location at the Brewery!  This kitchen is bigger, better, faster, lovelier - can't wait for you all to see it!

2.  Check out Hipcooks in Daily Candy todayDaily Candy is the bomb - if you don't subscribe already, you'll want to.

3.  The new schedule is up!  I've added some new classes, like "My Big Fat Greek Cooking Class".  And, "Thrill of the Grill" is back  - warmer weather means more outside cooking, hurrah!  Looking for something special to do on Mother's Day?  Bring your lovely Mum to brunch class!

4.  Artwalk is coming up!  For those of you who would just like to check out the space, sample some food, check out the Brewery Artist Lofts, well, Artwalk is a full weekend of open studios here so that you can stroll around all day!  Mark your calendars: the weekend of May 14th and 15th.  Aprons, cutting boards, salt and other goodies will be available here at Hipcooks. 

5.  For those of you who have been to at least two Hipcooks classes before - I am initiating an assistantship program where you can attend a class for free as my assistant.  Interested?  Send me an email with "teaching assistant" in the subject line and I'll send more info.
